Wouldn't it be great if my employees did their job the way it was supposed to be done in the time frame it was   supposed to be done.

What It's About
It is not at all unusual for companies to experience tremendous difficulties with accountability. Not just employers holding employees accountable or managers holding subordinates accountable. A culture of accountability will also hold owners accountable to the employees and managers accountable to the subordinates. In short everyone is accountable to everyone else.

In my opinion, there are four principles that must be established and practiced in or to establish a culture of accountability which will last through generations.

What To Expect
This full day workshop will lead your staff through the four principles of accountability and graphically teach them their value and process for using them immediately in your company.
